We build homes that are made to last. All our new builds are covered by British Columbia’s 2-5-10 Home Warranty®, ensuring you have solid protection from the start. 

• 2-Year Labour and Materials Protection:
  • Includes coverage for workmanship and materials.
  • Provides 12 months of coverage for detached homes and non-common property in strata units, plus 15 months for shared areas in strata buildings.
  • Extends up to 24 months for key systems, such as heating and electrical, as well as protection for exterior finishes,       like caulking and cladding.
• 5-Year Building Envelope Warranty:
  • Safeguards against water ingress to keep your home secure and weather-tight.
• 10-Year Structural Warranty:
  • Covers the core structure of your home, providing peace of mind that your home has been built to stand the test of time.

This warranty stays with the home itself and remains valid even if the property is sold during the warranty period. For strata buildings, common property coverage begins as soon as the first unit is occupied or sold.

Finally, it’s time to settle into your custom-built space! As required for all new builds in British Columbia, your home will come with comprehensive 2–5–10 warranty coverage: two years on labor and materials, five years on the building envelope, and ten years on the structure.
