A challenging build. Designed and installed custom stairs to the waters edge. Installed a concrete barrier to protect from wave erosion, and added concrete stairs leading right to the ocean.

King George Terrace
We took over the project from another contractor at the framing stage of 4 bedroom, 4-1/2 bathroom, two kitchen house. Liased with municipal building inspectors. Seismic upgrade to Engineer's specifications. Installed heated flooring, installed and finished drywall, bathroom tile, shower, steam generator, trim throughout, electrical, painted, new concrete floor in basement, concrete exterior stairs, exterior deck, garden boxes, custom shelving.

Woodside Farm (John Muir)
Another project we took over from a previous contractor, this 6 bedroom, 6 bath Historic Site has been an exciting opportunity to be part of a local Sooke landmark. All construction has been done to keep the overall aesthetics of the existing building. Floors had to be levelled and updated. New kitchen, tongue and groove ceiling, repurposed wood to keep the existing aesthetics. New exterior siding, wood trim, updated entrance, new roof and new gutters.
